The Magic of Waking Up Early
I used to hate waking up early
Nowadays, it’s my peace
In a hectic world…
Waking up when it’s dark has a sense of calm that money can’t buy
Many people want to wake up early but struggle to do so
I know because I used to fall in that boat
The reason I kept quitting before was because I had no clear direction as to why I was waking up early
After doing some soul searching, I realized I was doing it to challenge myself
I’d feel like I was letting myself down if I was hitting the snooze button
So once the alarm rang at 5 am, I’d get up…
No questions asked
Getting up is the hardest part
Everything else is the easier part
The next 2 hours are broken into 2 fragments:
- Mental training
- Physical training
Starting off your day in the right tone builds momentum
So, if you are thinking about joining the 5 am club (or even earlier) begin by finding your WHY
Once you do that, you set the right path
All you got to do now is walk forward (aka experiment with routines)
After a while, you’ll see what works for you
Keep the habit going & you’ll find this to be a great decision
Waking up early has a peaceful experience that money can’t buy
